Call HTC and you will speak with a real person. If you ask for Quentin and he is out, you will be patched through to his mobile phone. Quentin oversees the HTC "Double Check" program. The program assures deliveries happen where and when they should happen.

Know How

HTC drivers know the area and they know the assignment. An extensive use of cell phone pictures can avoid confusion and make drivers accountable.

Safety

HTC is all about SAFETY. We hold an A rating with Veriforce. Nothing is spared in providing our team with the proper equipment and training. Our Team Bonus program is largely driven by safety performance.
